At Win Quoter (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), we strive to deliver high-quality software and services to every customer. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds and cancellations may be requested and processed for purchases made through Win Quoter.

1. Scope

This policy applies to all purchases, subscriptions, and renewals of Win Quoter software, services, and related digital products. By making a purchase, the Buyer (“you”) agrees to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:
  • Duplicate payment due to technical error.
  • Failure to receive login credentials or activation within 7 business days of purchase, provided that full payment has been received.
  • The software being materially defective and unresolved after valid support intervention from Win Quoter.
Refunds will NOT be provided for:
  • User dissatisfaction due to features clearly described in the demo, documentation, or proposal.
  • Purchase or renewal cancellations made after service activation.
  • Misuse or unauthorized use of the software.
  • Delay in service due to the Buyer’s inaction or incomplete information.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Once the software license or subscription has been activated, cancellation is not permitted.
  • For annual subscriptions, the Buyer may choose not to renew for the next term. In such cases, access to the platform will automatically expire at the end of the subscription period.
  • Requests for cancellation must be submitted in writing to winquoter@gmail.com at least 15 days before renewal.

4. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund, the Buyer must:
  • Send a formal email to winquoter@gmail.com before software activation.
  • Include proof of purchase, payment details, and a valid reason for refund
  • Win Quoter will review and respond to refund requests within 7 business days.

5. Refund Method and Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days of approval
  • Processing timelines may vary depending on the payment gateway or financial institution.

6. No Refund Circumstances

Refunds will not be granted in the following circumstances:
  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Failure to use or access the software.
  • Issues caused by internet connectivity, third-party hardware, or Buyer-side systems.
  • Expiration or lapse of subscription due to non-payment.

7. Termination and Data Deletion

In case of license non-renewal or cancellation, Win Quoter retains project and technical data for a grace period of 30 days post-expiration. After this period, all associated data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

8. Modifications to the Policy

Win Quoter reserves the right to amend or update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Revised versions will be posted on the official website with an updated 'Last Updated' date.
